Thank you for using JoliTree! These Terms are an agreement between you and the creator, Eugene Evgen.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps downloaded from the App Store.

Use of the App

JoliTree is a macOS app that allows you to:

• Decorate a virtual floating Christmas tree
• Place ornaments and lights
• Customize the tree layout
• Save your ornament configuration locally

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or violate Apple’s EULA.

Purchases

JoliTree is a one-time purchase app on the Mac App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

All payment processing is handled securely by Apple, and I never receive your payment information.

Privacy

Your privacy is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement. JoliTree does not collect personal data or use online services.

Liability

JoliTree is provided “as-is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. I will do my best to fix issues and update the app.

Changes to These Terms

If I update these Terms, the new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
