Your privacy is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains what information JoliTree uses — and more importantly — what it does not use.

Who I Am

No Data Leaves Your Device

JoliTree is designed as a fully offline, private, and local-only macOS app.

The app stores all data — ornament placements, tree settings, drawing of lights, and preferences — only on your device using Apple’s secure system storage.

JoliTree does not:

  • Collect personal data
  • Track you
  • Send information to external servers
  • Use analytics or advertising tools
  • Share data with third parties

If you delete the app, all stored data is automatically removed.

Third-Party Services

JoliTree does not use:

  • Remote databases
  • External APIs
  • Third-party analytics
  • Crash reporting tools

The only third-party involved is Apple, which handles:

  • App distribution
  • Payment processing
  • System-level permissions

I never receive or see any of your payment information.

Optional System Diagnostics

If you have macOS system-wide crash reporting enabled, Apple may provide anonymous crash logs through Xcode. These reports contain no personal data and help me improve the app’s stability.

Children’s Privacy

JoliTree is not directed to children under 13. It does not collect any personal data.
